Comments about Howard Miller Shiraz Bar:
I ordered this bar online thru Great Home Bars.com and was a little concerned because I have never seen it except online. When it was delivered, it was everything I hoped it would be. It's very solid, very well constructed and heavy. It sets perfectly on hardwood floor. The shelves in the side cabinets are easily adjustable. The keyholes for the side doors are a little close to the extended portion of the front of the bar so that if you have large hands, it may be a little awkward locking and unlocking the side cabinets. The swivel door in the middle swings very easy so when opening and closing do it gently or everything will clang around. If you are planning on having a piece of glass made to cover it which I am planning to do, beware of the price for custom glass for the top due to the protruding portion of the bar top. I was quoted $235.00 for a 1/4 inch piece of custom cut glass.
All in all this is an excellent piece of furniture and am very happy with my purchase. I have received numerous compliments and would recommend this bar to anyone.
